We uphold the following editorial values across all Publishing House journals:

  • Integrity and trustworthiness: We publish work that is methodologically sound, responsibly reported, and ethically conducted.
  • Fairness and impartiality: Editorial decisions are made without discrimination and are based on scholarly merit and relevance to journal scope.
  • Transparency and accountability: Authors, editors, and reviewers are expected to disclose relevant interests and to support accurate, verifiable reporting.
  • Respect for participants and communities: Research involving humans, sensitive data, or vulnerable populations must demonstrate appropriate ethical safeguards and approvals.

Editorial Decision-Making

Editorial decisions are guided by:

  • Fit with the journal’s scope and contribution to the field
  • Scientific rigor, clarity, and reproducibility of reporting
  • Ethical compliance and responsible handling of data, participants, and permissions
  • Alignment with the Publishing House’s standards for research integrity and publication ethics

The Editor-in-Chief and editorial team are responsible for editorial content and maintain authority over acceptance and publication decisions.

Editorial Independence

The Publishing House supports editorial independence. Decisions are not influenced by institutional, financial, promotional, or external pressures. Governance structures are designed to protect the integrity of editorial judgment and to ensure that published content reflects scholarly standards and ethical obligations.

Research Integrity and Responsible Publication

Where concerns arise regarding accuracy, ethics, or integrity, the Publishing House applies established procedures to assess the matter proportionately and transparently. We encourage responsible scholarly dialogue, corrections when needed, and appropriate action when the reliability of the scholarly record is at risk.

Ongoing Improvement

We continuously strengthen editorial processes through training, quality assurance measures, and periodic review of journal practices, ensuring our policies remain aligned with evolving best practices in ethical scholarly publishing.
